Interesting to compare with previous tasting notes. Last time the blueberry was up front, this time it’s the raspberry and vanilla dominating. The blueberry contributes with tannins, and dryness, but is really not particularly strong this time.

Bloody amazing, hurt the hip pocket but worth the trip in early to try this. Raspberry with a smooth light vanilla finish. Acidic and sour but the sweetness of the berries compliments it perfectly. Won't hesitate to fork out the money to drink this again!

Zwanze '22 All'inizio la spettacolare base Lou Pepe Framboise domina la bevuta. E la vaniglia? Aspetta, dice Kuaska... Eccola, aromaticità incredibile, non dolce, ma complessa, legnosa, intensa. Il finale è incredibile, secco e aromatico. Super bomba

D'après mes tsi chums je m'attendais à quelque chose d'à peine buvable, mais c'était magique. Grosse texture, vanille plein le nez, plein la bouche, grosse confiture de fruit. Un pastry lambic que j'ai regretté partager lol

One of the best Lambics I ever had. Very balanced sour/sweet and aromatic assemblage. Quite a lot of carbonation (Thanks Billie's?) and cloudy view. The vanilla is somewhat on the background. Not too sour or bretty for novices.
