Cheesy and onions with the lactic sour behind. The front is very flat in body and taste but the flavors gradually come in meekly: slight sour,cheese and funk but all mutely. Very simple and balanced.

Mooie lambik. Smooth en redelijk sweet. Licht low in taste. Nogal vlak. Iet met Italiaanse wijnvaten.
