Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais la goûter, celle-ci ! Absolument pas déçu, bien au contraire 😅 Je la trouve très accessible, tout en étant suffisamment complexe pour plaire. Très, très bien

Acide, légèrement vinaigrée et fumée. De la pêche et des fruits jaune en général. C’est funky et légèrement amère !

De complexiteit van de twee jaar oude lambiek is fenomenaal: volle smaak, diepe funk, een mooie laag pompelmoes-citrus in het zuurtje, dryhop zorgt voor een verfrissend maar subtiel bittertje in de afdronk.
