Vinous, good bitterness, flat, some funk and strangely some notes that reminds of coconut or sorachi hop

Light and dry with notes of citrus, orange and acacia honey. Funky and musty with a herbal touch. I’m getting slight negroni vibes somehow? I really don’t mind the total lack of carbonation here. This is just lovely in its own way. 4.30

Lett, forsiktig og ganske flat. Tørr med noe frukt. Noe syrlighet.

Schenkt vrijwel zonder koolzuur. Redelijk donker geel/oranje. Wat belletjes aan de zijkant op de waterspiegel. Geurt zuur en steenfruit. Na wat agiteren toch nog wat koolzuur. Niet stallig. In de mond erg weinig koolzuur, vrijwel plat. Funky afdronk. Leuk

Oldukça asetonlu kayısımsı, sarı meyveler. Arkada kuru fasülye hafifçe kızarmış bir ekmeksilik arkada. Damakta bekletilecekten düz. Çok hafif kekremsilik ve kükürtsülük. Bretty tabii. Bitişe doğru çok hafif bitterlik. Zevkli. 🍻

Smell with light honey, Brett & citrus. It’s smooth, lemony, slight spicy like mustard.

Funky Cantillon oak on the nose. Bright and tart, slightly lingering to a touch bitter finish. So glad I got to try this

Bright acidity on the nose. Savoury, hints of lemon verbena and old hay. Sharp and bright but very dry. Long, soft bitterness and more umami brett character. Soda bread? Subtle oak, hint peppery. Finish is rich and long.
