Bon équilibre, entre le côté fermier et fruité du dryhop saaz (citron) l'acidité est ici assez souple. Et il reste pas mal de corps. Ceci n'est pas un lambic.

DDH NE lambic is right. Not for me fresh. Needs 2+ years minimum

Niet helemaal overtuigd van deze. Vrij zacht en funky basis, maar bij deze zit de extra hop toets niet heel mooi in balans, beetje teveel nat gras-vibe. Ook wat scherpe eik.

Sharp, sour, nice sour, quite astringent, good pallette cleanser.

Amberkleurig, bijna oranje. Geur van appels, citrus en 'kelder'. Eerder licht zurig in balans met opmerkelijke, lichte bitterheid. Heerlijk!!!

Fresh green hops; floral and herbal. Woody. Funky and dry sour aftertaste. Subtle bitterness. Wow, this is fantastic!

VERY excited to share this with my love, who probably hasn’t had all that many fresh dry-hopped lambics. Man, is this tasty. The earthy, funky character carries quite nicely. It just delivers exactly as expected.
