The sherry wine barrel takes the lead for this one. It’s dank and intense, but it becomes more rounded as you drink along.

Noix, pêche, sèche au nez mais grasse en bouche. Super attaque type vin du Jura (notes oxydatives) mais milieu de bouche un peu agressif (métallique)
