Suures pudelis sisalduv on happelisem, jätkuvalt hapukapsane, palju tooreid viinamarju, aga ka üsna tugev mineraalsus. Üks kummalisemaid cantilloni toodanguid, aga mulle hakkab vaikselt meeldima. Lihtsalt imelik rüübe on!

Nice to be in the famous Belgian cantillon. Very chilled in here too. Enjoying a bottle share with the always acclaimed David B. This is a grape and spritzy light white wine style lambic that’s a little to acidic for me but not had a lambic for a while.
