Totalnie nie podzielam zdania poznańskiej braci piwnej. Przyjemne owoce, lekko miodowy posmaczek, a do tego wyczuwalna beczka z lekko tanicznym i mało kwaskowym finiszem. Moim zdaniem jeden z lepszych Cantillonów. 4.6 (odstało sobie 15 min w szkle)

Young gueze upfront with some funk on the backend. Not much barrel, but still pretty tasty.

Light, refreshing, very modest funk, a spritz of lemony tartness and a virtually clean finish.

Wow. Thank you Kyle, you made my day with this unexpected surprise. Intriguing flavors of cognac and a mix of young and old lambic. Leather and brett came out easily so classy. I think it’s young and should be even more better in years. 4.40

The best Cantillon gueuze in a long time. Subtle cognac in the blend.

1/16/20. Another one of the bucket list. Thanks Ryan. Notes are perfumey florals, light cognac, Cantillon Gueuze, dusty blinds, lemon juice. Unbelievably complex bottle with a soft mouthfeel. Delicious. 4.6

Very good. Much better than recent fresh cantillon gueze. Funkier and more of a fruit like presence. Illusion of more interesting barrels

Really rich cognac character, fruity, complementing the funk well. Mildly nutty with honey, oxidized sherry. Lovely funk - earth, mild mushroom.

Enjoyed trying this a fair bit (summertime and again at BFNA). Not yet sure it's rising above other Cantillons but I sense the potential. I'll hold onto my bottle a while longer. [2021 Catch Up]

This got cantillon writen all over it. Little citrusy, funky, oak barrel, baby 50N cognac vibes. Damn balanced

No gueuze, fajne, wyroznia sie moze unikalnoscia ale nie to ze paleta czy smakiem. Acz zarazem bdb gueuze.
