Afsluitende korte sessie is mijn meug. Druifkes zijn niet gespaard, subtiel rode wijn karakterke. Komt smootj binnen, fruitig toetskes en bovenal een heerlijk etiket.

桑乔维赛的风味非常足 闻起来甚至感觉有一点感觉就是在闻一杯红酒 味道也很平衡 唯一就是葡萄的味道过于强势导致其他味道没有太多舒展的空间

Nice balance between Sangiovese and lambic. Got some red berry and light almond (that cherry seed thing) vibes. Pretty high carbonation.

Bottle share with the lambic le champione David B. A smooth red grape and cherry fruity beer with a nice hint of almonds for good measure. Definitely one of the best cantillons.

Like last time: super wine-forward. Even too much. Anyway the lambic is clean and bright. Sour cherries and tannins with wooden background. Acidity and sour need to came out still. Let’s see how will age. 4.20
