Great! Dry finish. Vinous, subtle raspberry notes. Nice

Gros glouglou, super facile à boire, gros jus de raisins (se blend très bien avec LVEB), tanins très légers

This drinks like 80% wine and 20% lambic. My only complaint is the nose, it reminds me of a way more subtle St Lam.

One of the sleepers of the day. Quite acidic for fresh cantillon but works soooo well with the grapes. Extremely easy to drink

Reminds me of a great glass of Gragnano.

Funky natty soft wine. Grapes for days. Also floral

So much from the grapes, a bit too easy for the beer it is. Pretty decent one, not special but well done.

Very crushable red wine forward lambic, tannic red grapes and loads of elderberry and black currant, not overly complexe but a true "glouglou" bottle.

Yesterday backlog - Good red grapes juice, vinous 🍇🍷,too young imho, woodsy funk needs to develop, but still great 👍 bottled 15.11.2021

Väldigt vinös, behöver nog några år till i flaskan för att lambicen ska komma fram

4.375 - a bit of cloves, basically a mulled wine. Grape skins, quite a lot of acidity. Very dry finish. A bit watery. Cranberry, cherry pits.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Very vinous. Needs some time to allow the lambic to shine too.
