フルーティで甘やかな葡萄。現代的なランビックか。温んで来ると酸味と皮の渋味も出て来てカンティヨンらしくなってきた。果実味あるワイン的な味わいに酸味。バランス良いな。底を入れるとむしろ果実味が増した。

果実味ある、すっきりとしたワインのニュアンス。底の方は少し凝縮味と渋味を感じる。 十分美味しいのだが、隣で飲み比べたキャンティの方が凝縮感あって美味いな。
