fresh and juicy, amazingly smooth and balanced, just the right amount of sweetness

Gros coup de coeur. Lambic d’une complexité étonnante pour son jeune âge. Hybride entre vineux et kriek vu le raisin utilisé. Incroyable !

For et sted! For noen øl! Middels reisefølge, spesielt Nesvik som bare sitter og jobber.

Just amazing. A bit like the Pasta E Basta, it’s super vinous yet retains some balance and feels like a Lambic rather than a red wine. Cherry, blackberries, leafy, tannins. Gorgeous grapes.

Best of show at 2022 Brews for New Avenues Oysters & Gueze. Give it a year to develop and thus will be a 5.0 beer. Lovely.

Best in show at Oysters & Gueuze at BFNA. Deep red wine grape goodness w/ low-key funk interplay. Yet another recent grape lambic banger from Cantillon. Molto bene!

Thank you Alison J. - one of the best grape lambics I’ve ever had, likely the best. Very subtle fruits - it’s as if Floodland made a lambic

Cerise et sirop d'érable au nez Idem en bouche c'est puissant avec une cerise prédominante et des tanins légers ! C'est vraiment top level!

Ottima interpretazione, ben bilanciata e con grandi gusti

maybe a little too acidic. maybe. also, some of the best beers over the recent years, no doubt about that.

Very nice. Perfectly balanced between sweet and sour with alot of mouthfeel. Lovely.

Lies between a St. Lamvinus and Kriek, though more consistent with the former, though not as full bodied and rich. Cherry is nicely balanced but not the focus of the beer. Great wine notes. And what a Cantillon list!! Makes up for our Ryder Cup effort.

With time, if the funk ramps but the tartness holds, this will be a 5

Medium acidity, incredibly complex, different with each sip. Cherry, oak, and ripe fruit notes

Almost on the borderland between light wine and lambic: you might be able to sell it as a natural light red, like a Beaujolais.
