Lambic - Fruit

The beer is a blend of 80% of lambic matured with fresh Sangiovese grapes and 20% lambic fermented with pomace from 3 white grape varieties: Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Vermentino. The beers were fermented separately and blended after fermentation.

Such a balance of grapes and lambic. Tart, even better than StLam. Complexity from grapes are so intense. When warmer show up a really thin lingering lactic bacteria taste, but it’s tied to the background. Tannic, funk, wild. Might only improve. 4.60
