Feels like chewing a sour green Apple followed up by the sensation of putting a dextrose tablet on the tongue. And overall very complex and juicy

Pips LPK 2016 for the best beer I’ve had by Cantillon. Pushes the boundaries brilliantly.

Wow, easily one of the best Cantillons I've ever had! It's a blend from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines with 2 year old Lambic.. Very Lambic forward with subtle vinous notes and grapes! Quite acidic and juicy, but also refreshing..

Nydelig balanse av lette druer og meget forsiktig ølsmak. Cantillons champagne-samarbeid ... Thanks Jean!

Enda bedre balanse enn sist. Mer lambik og noe mindre champagne.

Beer of the event for many I spoke to. Beautiful soft wine grape expression, perfect food pairing.

This is great. Deep lemon sherbet yeasty nose. Little volatile kick on the nose. Great mineral length to this, the champagne really comes through. Delicate softness but beautifully integrated volatile acidity lifts. Fave of the day
