Nice winy character, but nowhere near as interesting as Le Plaisir.

Plus ça va plus je discerne le champagne et plus c'est cool, je remarque que maintenant la texture assez épaisse pour du lambic

Ca me fait penser a racine mais en moins funky/herbal, mieu placer et plus balance . Mais il y a quand meme ce coté un peu souffrer et vinaigrer qui me fait baisser la note. Sa descend super bien par contre je dois le preciser
