üsna puidune mõrkjas, mineraalne, hape jälle pehme, üsna hea, aga pisut mõru poole kaldu

Väga mineraalne, üllatavalt mõru ja kergelt ürdine, lilleline, puidune. Jõuline gueuze.

Hapu, kuiv, herbaalne, happeline, puidune, natuke äädikane, humalat ka. Ok.

More like American Wild Ale. Bold and rought hop profile. Sweet. Curd. Cloudberry feel.

Everyone’s all very friendly in here and shared a bottle with a few others. This is a tasty apple and white grape flavoured lambic with light sweetness aftertaste. C’est Bon!

A bit of a weird finish. I blame Allagash.

Fruity nose. The beer starts very fruity funky. Dry malty grainy with lots of wood and funk. Smooth sour, woody with a nice tart woody finish. Great.

A bit acetic for me. Rough edges from American wild ales. Lovely to be able to try this.
