Lambic - Traditional

A classic, specially selected single batch of lambic, aged three years in the cask. The only unblended real lambic you can find anywhere. Store and serve at cellar temperature (50-55F/10-13C). Do not serve cold! Pour gently (leaving behind the yeast sediment) into a wine glass. Bottled 01 February 2022

super excited to try this one .. hard not to let the hype get to my head lol . ive discussed my sour issues before and im not sure this is sm better than american wild ales ive had but it is really good . vinegar acidity but balanced w funk and bitterness

This one never was a favorite of mine, but today I realized that it works very well with food and eating an apricot or a cherry tomato the beer feels quite salty afterwards. Low carbonation, vinous, flat and funky.
