Bottled 24/02/2020. Very flat, which has dampened the flavours. A shame!

Mellow, tart, grassy, herbaceous. A fizz at the back of the throat. Going to tear up a fish and chip tea.

Zapach funky, derka, cytrusy, pestkowe, siano lekko, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, cytrusowe, funky, derka, pestkowe, lekko octowe, fajne, pijalne.

Jan 2020 bottle. Absolutely delicious. Cider, gooseberry & apple skin notes. A classic to celebrate Xmas day!

Butelkowane w lipcu 2020. Rześkie, mocno kwaskowate, lekkie akcenty owocowe. Bretty poszły w skórzaność. Klasyk!

Das Bier war nicht schuld an diesem furchtbaren 2020. Es hat selten enttäuscht. Auch dieser Klassiker ist ein guter Start.

Absolutnie bez gazu jakaś nieteges butelka. Do tego minimalnie ale jednak ocet. Ale poza tym wyraźnie kwaśne, funk raczej owocowy agrest, limonki. Bardzo przyjemnie pestkowy, wręcz migdałowy.

Super silky, soft, and tender. It was the draft version. Almost felt like a sake with lambic flavors. Never had anything like this.

Кисло, чуть горьковато, но по-ламбиковому. Прям будто б ягодный сок, но без вкуса ягоды самой. Может ещё чуть уксуса. А ещё бочка. Свежо и деревенски, не знаю, как это описать даже.
