Wooded acetic light sour rhubarb smell, golden blonde color, good body. Sour rhubarb wooded acetic taste, dry sour fruity persistence. Enjoyed it!

When in Moeder Lambic, drink the lambic! And can’t resist some more Cantillon after my visit yesterday. This is pretty easy drinking by lambic standards. Smells funkier than it tastes. Tart.

4.125 - quite sulphidey smell of rotten eggs once you notice it along the rhubarb, grass, manure and distant strawberry aromas. Medium dry slightly salty finish, lightly watery - basically a funkier gose. Not too sharp fortunately w/ some minor bitterness
