以前飲んだときよりフレッシュな印象。前飲んだのは何年のやつだったのかな…カビ臭さみたいなものが抑えめで、フルーティ、甘めな感じ。

Sour and sharply fruity, extra tart. Still freakishly balanced, rhubarb goes in lambic like fish in the water. Weirdness you can get used to. As smooth as rhubarb gets.

It’s just amazing no more can be said for this one. Sour and filthy dirty apricot funk smell. Just yummy

Filthy browning apple skins and raw rhubarb. Flavour develops into marginally (!) sweeter poached forced rhubarb with a spit making sourness 😀. There is parmesan, soft leather and the merest hint of lemon. Acidic but utterly sublime.

(School dinner) unsweetened rhubarb with waxy funk & new barrel oak nose; taste is stewed rhubarb enlivened with gooseberries & greengages and a herbal bitter twang; then waxy funk & musty oak & gooseberry skin tannins join; non-Wakefield rhubarb finish.
