W aromacie rabarbar, funk, skórzano-kurzowo-serowy, jabłko, trochę przypraw, lekka fekalność, w smaku serowy funk, trochę rabarbaru, cytryny i jabłka, trochę słodyczy, kwaśność srednia, wysycenie średnio-niskie, fajny balans, 4,5 na zachętę ;)

Man… ça goûte le ciel! Déjà que j’aime l’effet de la rhubarbe dans la bière… celle ci monte le niveau d’une coche! Tart sur un moyen temps!
