Barnyard. Lemon. White pepper. Rhubarb presents as moderately acidic and just a touch vegetal. But it settles into the background nicely. So balanced yet flavorful.

Tijdens de 2de pre kerst avond nu georganiseerd bij Abel v. & Marlou beginnen we de proeverij met een ode aan Nathalie gezien de naam en etiket. Het bier is een beetje droog en licht zuur en drinkt zo makkelijk weg dat het gewoon strafbaar moet zijn.

Met dit fantastische bier trappen we de 2e Pre-Kerstavond af, dit maal bij ons. Daniël D. heeft dit machtig mooie bier meegenomen wat een ode aan Nathalie is. Damn, wat is dit gruwelijk lekker en nóg mooiere balans tussen droog en zuur dan bij een TS bier

Пиво с участием ревеня Cantillon впервые сварил в 2008-м, что и послужило началом Zwanze Day; названо оно в честь жены Жана-Поля, ибо это ее любимое пиво. Очень терпкий вкус ревеня соединен с сухой кислотностью ламбика. Красиво и пронзительно вкусно .

Shy at the beginning but opens up greatly. With a phenomenal interplay from the rhubarb and the lambic, just insanely delicious, with that typical subtle cantillon funk. A true beauty by now, the fruit shines :) thx Pierrido 😘
