Downgraded somewhat. Doesn’t feel quite as rich as I recall. Appely, tart, soft and with a good amount of bitterness.

Absolutely beautiful nose. Starts funky and moldy. Rustic. Dryness, leather, barn, sweat/horse, hay. Green fruits. Apple, pear, grapes. Delicate sweetness. Delicious acidity. Grainy, woody. Low-medium bodied, mineral, silky, soft. Cozy set. Elegant. Huge!

14 Mar 22 bottle date. One of the best gueuze bottles from Cantillon I’ve had in a long time. Great blend.

Last day in Brussels, had to check out this legendary brewery. Nearly all Americans in the taproom. Crisp, dry, effervescent, tart, and absolutely delicious.
