Awesome, 5 years old straight lambic, single barrel. Lot of white tea for me, also beeswax, lot of oak, lemon, funk, ... lot of depth and keeps evolving in the glass with almond, leather, sesame and so on

4.4 - very flat, lightly herbal (dill?), lemon, apples, hay, light smoke, gentle wood. Rather acidic. Nice! Cheers!

Totally flat, a bit like sherry. Very funky. Would probably preferred it more with some carbonation. Nice but maybe not something I would like again.

Ik mis echt koolzuur. Maar wel een aparte lambik. Wat funky, bittertje, zuurtje, eikenhout, vanille, en iets van karamel ofzo. Doet me denken aan sherry
