Wow la meilleure bouteille de Fouf que j'ai eu la chance de goûter. Nez incroyable d'abricot fraîchement tranchée, goût fruité et sucré, mais quand même funky et complexe.

Nej fuck, jeg har aldrig smagt en geuze spille så godt sammen med en frugt, som det gør med abrikos i den her øl. De to smage er som skabt til hinanden, der opstår virkelig en særlig harmoni hos mig.

From Saturday. The best fresh Fou' Foune I've had. Very fuzzy stone fruit on the palate. Nice acidity.

One of the sourest batches that I've tried. Tons of funky tart apricot, a little tannic fruit skin, a nice heap of funky acidic yeastiness, and a somewhat dry finish.
