Eerste geur is echt peper. Tweede keer ruiken deed mij aan zeepsop denken. Toch wel een flink zuurtje erin maar dit wordt flink tegengewerkt door de peper. Opwarmende afdronk. Op temperatuur gekomen is deze eigenlijk best lekker. In elk geval apart😅.

Nice one , je la verrais bien en pairing avec de la viande blanche ou du poisson . Tres expressif au nez et en bouche . On a le coté fruité et floral du poivre sans le heat

EB Frilltessence 2023. Fruity with loads of spicy pepper corns. A small glass is quite fun and good but would have problems finishing a bottle on my own. Tons of potential for food pairings though!
