On retrouve le caractère oude gueuze typique Cantillon mais arrondi par le fût qui lui donne une finale sucrée très subtile. Dommage que ce n’est pas une de leurs variantes « communes ».

Droite. Beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir cette gueuze en fût de porto. Funk de Cantillon, tanins, un peu vin rouge, fromage, chêne et côté coriace d'un zeste d'agrumes? Niveau d'acidité tolerable, elle évolue bien en réchauffant

Massive white head that lasts. Nose has a lovely old-woody faintly smoky-cheese quality, with suggestions of wine below the more prominent mature funk. Very nice. Sharp finish.
