Excellent. Nez riche sur des cerises noires, très doux, du vin de cerise presque. En bouche c'est très long, profond et très doux et très rond, cerise bigareau qui se poursuit sur de l'amande, avec une acidité tres modérée.

Nez: cerise, lambic; bouche: brlle acifite en attaque avec la cerise qui s'exprime très rapidement et qui dure longtemps jusqu'au finale. C'est fruite juste comme il faut pour be pas etre trop acide

Nez cerise en sirope, confiture. bouche de ouf cerise sucrée sur le noyau pas du tout amère, longueur de malade, mouthfeel de cannelle et cerise sur le noyau. Le côté vin rouge sucrée barriqué est aussi présent, jouissif... ❤️

Only 2 years in the bottle but getting close to it's best profile imo, which usually comes after a couple extra years, but it's fire right now. Loads of almond and cinnamon, super juicy bold cherry, funk. Yummy.
