2022 bottle on point. Full bodied intense red wine flavor.

Fruité incroyable. Le tanin est présent, c'est puissant et élégant. On récupère quelque notes de réglisse lié au cépage. L'acidité est delicate. Boisé subtile. Très très propre.

With rarity comes over-charging. And with hype comes a sense of entitlement that a beer geek feels that what they should feel that a beer tastes good. This is a very tame and uninteresting fruit lambic, especially compared to Fou Foune or Blåbær.

Really juicy. Doesn’t have the heavy tannins I was expecting but does finish quite dry. Mild funk, some barrel. Bloody great

Incredible, w/ all those cranberry+sourish cherry skin flavours, underlined by a mild vinous character.

This is half way between lambic and wine, really interesting and well balanced but not my favorite because I'm not that much of a wine person haha

Assez spectaculaire comme bière. Après avoir accidentellement manger une boule de wasabi, je n’entrerai pas dans les subtilités, mais j’ai plus apprécié qu’une St-Lam. Plus rafraîchissant, fruité et vraiment un bel équilibre entre les saveurs.

Definitely get the natural wine influence. Fruity red wine-like, lightly acidic. Delicious.
