Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon Un américain qui voulait absolument tick le Mag de Drogone m’a donné un pour en échange. C’était mieux que ce que je m’attendais côté bleuet. Goûteuse.

Bottle at Cantillon brewery. Quite a rich blueberry and actually blackcurrent aroma, taste of the fruit is quite subtle. Light, effervescent, blackcurrent, blueberry. Moderately tart and dry.

Stro, eiken en wat bessen in de geur. Wat blauwe bessen met een stevige zuurheid, stro en funky tonen van de lambiek. Minder complex als de vorige maar zeker niet slecht.

Normally you must go to Denmark for this deliciousness. Blueberry lambic is absolutely amazing.

2013 375ml the fruit was faded, notes of olive and oak. Still drinking amazingly!

Tough one! Manure, horse blanket, very funky, dry, kind of hard to taste or smell the blueberries. Not quite approachable
