Super musty, smells like a damp cellar - must be from the 100% 3yo lambic and maybe the chestnut barrel. Light, dry, tannic. Red wine. Intense funkiness. Sweat.

Quite a thick and rounded lambic. Not sharp or precise. Quite mellow. Deep red wine influence but the chestnut barrels must have added the body, to a degree.

Cantillon x Cantina Giardino collab. Blend v/ 3 jaar oude Lambiek m/ Aglianico druivenmost. Druiven hebben 3 maanden gemacereerd op kastanjevaten. Tannines aanwezig. Rodewijnvibes.

Œil : rosé/rouge, col fin. Nez : belles notes vineuse, léger boisé, douceur. Bouche : puissance, vineuse, acidité équilibrée, douceur, léger boisé, brett subtil. Belle longueur sur les raisins. Magnifique !

Barrels are very prominent and take the grape tastes to the background. Woody but amazingly balanced with the (not too sweet) fruit. Best Cantillon for me so far.
