Lekker 😋 honingbessen, mij onbekend. Lastig om die smaak eruit te destilleren. Aangenaam, licht zurig, weinig fruitig. Wrang-zoet een beetje.

Socialising beer 4: the fruit gives a cranberry, raspberry, hint of cherry and honey mixed in with herbal tea. Soft, light mouthfeel. Finish has softened somewhat than last time. Paired with a Pistachio Panna Cotta predominately.

Very unusual fruit that gives a sweet blackberry/rhubarb taste. Acidity is not so pronounced, just a light body and a tart sourish finish afterwards. Good fruit dryness persistency tho. Clean indeed.

Again the aroma reminds me of gluhwein, cloves, but also quite fruity, grapes, vinous, and: alcohol. Taste is medium acidity, fruity, dry, tannin. Aftertaste is tannin, fruity. Slight acid burn. Interesting but not so balanced.

Sweet and sour, vinous and fruity, slightly spicy. Good stuff.

Not overly sour, nice bitterness and astringency from the haskap, tastes like blueberries. Finish is quite dry

This was tasty. Not sure why it gets so much hate but I really enjoyed it. Loads of funk. Some spicyness and almost floral like notes. A touch tart but not overly acidic or acetic.

Belgium 🇧🇪 flag ! Nez 👃 framboises très parfumé, belle longueur astringente et brillante et pétillante et douceur du fruit plus prononcée qu’avec des framboises classiques. Wild évidemment !
