Been a while since I’ve had a CdC, always loved this beer and this one did not disappoint

Trying to stick to Cantillon or Dre Fonteinen since I don’t usually have those. A traditional lambic. It’s tart and dry but not as dry as the ones I have been drinking. I wouldn’t call a lambic crushable but this is pretty drinkable for a lambic.

very juicy hoppy. some nice lambic funk too. I like this more than other recent fresh ones.

Latest batch with new label, still the same great bright/hoppy/dry taste. Definitely needs a bit of age on it!

15.02.2023 pudeldatud (ehk siis 2022/2023 hooaeg). Hapu ja mõru, funky ja puuviljane, tammene ja humalane, sidrun ja greip. Ok, hetkel tundub lihtne, tahaks ilmselt aega.

이런 람빅이 너무 취향이다. 약한 탄산에 레모니한 느낌. 호피한 느낌도 실짝 있지만 전혀 과하지 않고 맛있었다. 조금 컴플렉스 했어도 좋겠지만 충분하다~
