Full impressive. A lil' acetone. Pungent red grapes/red wine. Tart and tannic. Acidic. Slightly sweet. Dry, moldy, leathery. Woody and nutty edge. Pretty layered. Delicate. Elegant, classy. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy. Just lovely. Whale. A+

This is one is obviously more astringent and tannic than Vin Santo and other lambics macerated with white wine grapes. It's not overly dry, more vinous, actually it feels like a blend of lambic and wine, low acidity, tart and only slight funk.

여자친구 퇴사 기념으로 노상으로 마신(...) 질감이 정말 가볍고, 탄산도 적었다. 포도 보다눈 약간 쿰쿰한 느낌 위주로 전개되고, 산미에서 포도 느낌이 많이 난다. 타닌감이 엄청 느껴지는데 레드와인 고유의 그것을 어찌나 잘 살렸는지 신기하다. 처음엔 티닌이라 산미 때문에 드라이하다고 느꼈는데 온도가 올라올수록 가죽느낌과 함께 단맛이 많이 올라왔다. 하지만 비네론이나 푸푼 쪽이 더 내 취향인 것 같다.

좀 상당히 프루티함. 적포도 내음이 상당하고 프루티함. 와이니하고 시고 탄닌까지 괜찮네. 산도가 날카로워서 둥그러워 질때까지 묵히면 더 좋을거같음. 숙성 포텐셜이 확실히 있는거 같다. (4.25)
