Nice spicy oak character on the nose, very mellow and rounded on the palate, white grape flesh, light underlying funk, has a real juicy quality . Vibrant and fresh flavours linger way past the finish. A departure from their high acidity offerings

Tres delicat , un peu de funk et de barnyard en final mais tres subtile. Jai bien aimé mais avec le vin en pairing ça clashait un peu . Le vin etait trop intense sur l'alcool pour la biere. Par contre la biere seul avec le fromage de chevre cetait sublime
