Opaque rouge colour with small pink foam. Raspberry and vanilla aroma. Taste sour, berry rich with a nice subtle vanilla feeling. A lot more raspberry driven than I remembered it to be. Fresh. Great and elegant raspberry rich spontaneous fermented brew.

A lot of raspberries, strong barn flavour, dry and tart with some bitterness. Subtle woody vanilla notes in the flavour.

This is a very nice lambic blend. The raspberry is nice and mixes well with the blueberry and the vanilla.

usual excellent execution from brewery. getting light tart raspberries + nice blueberry mouthfeel. not tasting vanilla at all - sadly - would bump higher. super clean + smooth

A little fruity sweetness up front, big sour finish. Enough blueberry that you can tell it's there, be easily missed if you're not looking for it. Well balanced, as you'd assume.

Ho, c'est bon ça ! La framboise est très présente mais sans trop prendre le dessus sur la lambic. La vanille apporte des notes sucrées mais l'ensemble reste sec. Bonne porte d'entrée pour des néophytes :)
