Exquisita la Cantillon Fou'Foune muy presentes las notas de chabacano y una acidez perfectamente balanceada, la cerveza es ligera con sabor maltoso ligero donde predomina más lo frutal y la acidez característica de las Lambic, definitivamente una delicia!

A while since I was lucky enough to enjoy a Cantillon Fou Foune. The 2023 still very fruit forward… wonderful, but will age some as they pick up an awesome dry finish a few years on.

Such an inviting pronounced apricot, leafy and earthy nose, stunning mid, so smooth, earthy funk, sweet apricot and tart lemon, unreal experience, such a balanced finish with dry a earthy note, sweetish apricot and tart lemon acidity, just a pleasure
