Pricey pour, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Light lemony acidity, hints of funk. I'm here for pizza!

Fantastically well balanced. Opens with a vibrant flavor of overripe green apple, transitioning into a lightly funky acidity, before finishing with complex notes of oak, grass, and grape skins. Cheers to unique beer 3,500 🍻

Consistently my fav gueuze. Funky, briney, overripe green apples, white grapes and oak. Cantillon gueuze never disappoints.

Biertripje met m’n broer. Van Brussel naar Anderlecht met de fiets. Proost op deze prachtige geuze! Erg zacht van smaak, knap gebrouwen.

BFLN- “I guess you guys aren’t ready for that kinda music yet….”. A whole lotta cheesy funk to it and a green apple and slight lemon sweetness. Very tart and funky / cheesy. Very young gooooozie

2023.10.05. This was the draft version presumably of 2022/2023 vintage. Way more drinkable and cleaner than the bottled version. I was glad that I tried this.
