Nose is real goood taste is nice but mostly apple cider vinegar, the barrel room at Cantillon & sharp, dry funky finish thanks joe a. For this treat!

Deze heeft zich mooi stand gehouden na 12 jaar. Lichte oxidatie die na een tijdje verdwijnt. Nog veel Citrus, lekker zuurtje.

Too notch goose. First time i really understand what musty and dusty feels like. Balanced tartness, cantillon funk but less bitter and more rounded.

Old cellar funk, sherry, dried apricot, lemon, vibrant considering the age. One of the best during the visit to Cantillon!

Cellar, mold, basement, a bit of oxidation too. Loads of tartness, super bitter, funk too and definitely tart. So much tart. Well, a classic gueuze.
