Wow avec un gros WOW! Dans mes cordes en maudit ça sérieux!!! Tout le coté florale d’une mamouche mais mieux balancé (un peu moins astringent), avec du poivre en quantité suffisante pour ajouté une dimension de fou! nez tellement incroyable! Malade!

やはりペッパー的な香りというよりも檜のような、青くさい植物的な香りがメインな気がするな。飲むと確かに胡椒辛さあり、ライムから山椒的なニュアンスも。全体的にはジューシーな柑橘感ありバランス良いなあ。ズワンズの時のものより好みかも。底はオレンジや山椒の味わいが強めに。

Vraiment excellent ça. Nez poivré et végétal. La bouche est super cohérente, belle base de lambic avec le poivre en finale qui complémente bien l'aspect tart du produit. Plus équilibrée que la version Zwanze 2022. Longue finale. 4.5+
