Wow. A shot of electric, liquid rock with waves of grapefruit and bleu cheese behind. Perfect acidity, perfect CO2 and body, just flawlessly balanced and seething with energy. An incredible bottle. How much better could this get? 9.5/10

Ну тут придраться не к чему - все филигранно сделано. Сухо, мягко, без горлодерок и всяких там вероятных изжог в последующем. Мягкая кислотность, отличное послевкусие, яблочко, приятный аромат, и т.д. Огромное спасибо Pechorin beer shop за презент 🤝👍

Восхитительно. Ароматная бочка в аромате, благородное кислое тело, правильное карбо. Сложно придумать более крутой летний напиток ;) 800р.

B1 hitting all of the right spots! Notes of hay, wet earth, leather, and oak. Very effervescent, cork launched into the neighbors yard. Golden/honey in color, frothy head that maintains. Taste is complex apple skins, cheesy umami, just delicious!

Belgian champagne! Bone dry with a little fruity tartness. Super lively carbonation, the cork almost flew off the bottle!

Just about as nice as it possible for a lambic to be. High carbonation, tart sourness that’s not too intimidating even for a novice. Flavours of Granny Smith, white grapefruit, green olive. Dry vinous finish that lingers long on the palate. Delicious!

At 1am after having a lovely evening hanging out with a Swiss Japanese couple at our favorite beer bar in Athens… before our 5:30am taxi pickup for our flight to Belgium, cuz we couldn’t get to the bottle before then. LOVED it, must find again!
