Tart>sweet>vinegarSweet(1.5), tart(1), vinegar(0.25), fruity(1). It’s just very muted. Easy drinking but there’s no pop. Forgettable at best. $2

Juicy aroma. Bready and raisiny for a lambic is not what I’m used to. Quite a bit different from their bottles.

Draft Belgian Lambic. Boon created a special blend for a kegged Lambic. It’s funky, but the funk is on the low side. It’s lightly funky with green apples, green grapes, oak, a hint of lemon, a few drops of vinegar, and a very mild barnyard funk finish.

Very farm tasting. The rest of the tastes are very nice though.

Very unique, tastes like a sour without the tart feeling. I probably need another one to really determine but it’s pretty good
