Well this one divided opinion! Sea lettuce infused lambic is very strange tasting, not so much saline but funky fermented apples, it’s hard to describe, you’ll just have to seek it out

nose is a little off putting. lactic mustard, weird funk. Not enough seaweed or oceanic minerality. Some stone fruit, but also a fair bit of VA. We weren’t into this for the most part

Jak to mówią, ostatni będą pierwszymi. Dziwna rzecz. Bo faktycznie aromat jak sok marchewkowy i guma balonowa z jakąś piwniczną nutą. W smaku jakby mineralne, nawet lekko goryczkowe, średnio kwaśne. Nietuzinkowe, ale też nie wybitne
