LC 4/18 - Blue cheese funk, mild hops, lots of minerality, a surprising amount of acidity for the vintage (ie being 4 years young), and a mild green apple sweetness rounding it.

Pour l’avoir bue dans son jeune temps je dois dire que je trip autant à ce stade, bien que c’est différent. Fromagé, herbacé. Un funk tout simplement incroyable

Hazy, straw color. Taste was citrus with a little funk. The hops provided a hint of spice and bitterness. Beautiful beer.

Ended 2020 on a high note! 12/27/17 bottling. Potent musty barnyard and funky cheese nose. More funk than expected. Less lactic acid, moderate bitterness to finish. Flowers, pine and fruity esters throughout. Tasty stuff

Cantillon funk nose. Surprising fruity like presence in body with a dry, dank musty finish

Cytrusowe, kwiatowe, siankowe, gorczkowe. Bez pójścia w stronę dzikości. Raczej jak taka lambiczna ipka. Lekkie, pijalne, mega przyjemne. 4.3
