ランビックとワインハイブリッド。大好きなカンティヨンとカンジャル間違いないよね！ 酸味も尖ってなく飲みやすい。程よいタンニン。

2/18。飲む前の香りは堆肥感と葡萄の搾かす感、口に含むと思ったよりもあっさりしていて角が丸くなったような酸味。クセの強くないワインを飲んでいるよう。美味しい。

Very lovely, lots of fruit (almost raspberry) flavour, mellowed lambic funk, plenty of dry skins. Altogether very nicely balanced.

ngl the food was the star of the show here. surprised how simple it is compared to other cantillon red grape blends, u could deffo sesh it!!

Color rosso rubino, limpido, con cappello di schiuma rosa finissima ma evanescente. Al naso è un susseguirsi di frutti rossi, ruta, violetta e vaniglia. Al palato il tutto si accompagna ad un'acidità molto gentile, un corpo medio-leggero e una carbonazion

This is a good beer. Fancy event, small pour. Great to have the opportunity to try this! Plenty of grapes. Unfortunately I got the last of the bottle, but that's ok. Strong tannins coming thru on a soft lovely lambic.

Good but I’d expected more. The lambic side is quite absent and the grapes aroma is well marked. Anyway a good one

Superb. Very wine-ey. Lots of red fruits and complex funky notes. Bone dry.
