Eerder braafjes. De wijn is trouwens tien keer meer in your face

4.35 Hmmm.

Deep grape flavours, soft fruityness, low acidity. Bit wry, bitterish aftertaste ( chestnuts). Chestnuts also give the beer a broader profile. Very good.

Heel zacht. Fruitig, wijnachtig. Noten. Vrij veel tannines. Licht funky. Niet te zuur. Mooie balans. Misschien nog wat jong.

01/22/2020 Bottle date. Incredibly soft, yet tons of fruit forward flavor. Elegant and earthy, with just enough tannic qualities. Subtle funk on the finish.

Meget subtil.

Real nice, grape pomace in front, slight funk, oak, tannic and delicious! Classic cantillon culture. Bet a few years will make this guy incredible! Edit: had to bump the score, Funk comes out as it opens up, fruit and funk are fantastic together

Forte attaque fruitée, puis tannique, très funky, légèrement vineuse, petite rondeur. C'est excellent

Aroma is vinous, brett, spices. Very smooth in taste, not so acidic. Aftertaste is a bit short, mainly tannin.

Lci. Violette/purple pour, subtle, fine and gentle. No carb. Very vinous but only at 6.5% abv. Dark berries. Tannins.

Funk, grapes, tart, sweet aromas. Medium body, smooth. In mouth tart, sweet, vinous, with a tannic and sour edge. Paired with the wine, which by the way is incredible

I think it lacks a tad bit of complexity but it will be a phenomenal beer. Age this 3-4 year and your will have a stunner. Glad to have had it, no bottle pic due to numbering reasons!
