More sour than I expected.

Fruity. Grapes and some black currant-like notes. Something of a very young red wine. Slightly sour. Dry finish. (still biased)

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Plenty of grapes, mellow acidity and some funk piercing the grape and oak notes. Good stuff!

Let krop og en mild tørhed inden sødmen slår til. Sødmen er ikke klam sød, men meget frugtet og dyb eftersmagen er sødlig inden den bliver sur og man får en meget blandet eftersmag. På en god måde dog
