2017 Carignan blijkt de beste Cantillon die ik ooit gedronken heb. Dit komt niet eens in de buurt. Laatste keer viel deze ook al tegen. Wederom dun, flets.

Peau de raisins et baies pas mûres, c'est très astringent et tannique, pas vraiment mon truc.

Animalistic funk, cheesy, Oak, loads of grape, tannins, blackcurrant, ribes. Great red grape lambic, but needs more time for the lambic to shine.

Honestly even when young has such an insane character. Exemplifies what cantillon does so well - blurs the line of natural wine and lambic.
