2 jaar oude lambiek met vlierbloesem, mist wat complexiteit daardoor. beetje eenzijdig ook? een van de saaiste classics van cantillon vind ik persoonlijk

Mmmh erg lekker fris aroma maar smaak is erg zacht. Vorige was net iets te goed waardoor deze erg braafjes lijkt maar eigenlijk gewoon topkwaliteit is.

Eerste keer Mamouche, niet zo overduidelijk vlierbloesem als gehoopt, eerder een goed florale Cantillon. Niet per se voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lucky store find. Same comment as Mamouche 2019: tomato juice notes. Is this just what happens to the elderflower flavor as it gets older?

LCI 📝 Alot of elderflowers, quite sour, alot of herbal notes. I cant detect the elderflower. Not a typical Cantillon sourness

Pretty herbal with elderflower, notes of dille. Medium sour with a little bitterness. Pretty young, lacks complexity. Very herbal. Cantillon can do a lot better.

Enjoyed more than previous release, very floral, comes off like very nice dry hopping w a bit lychee. Gets some faint green veg note in the back as it breathes

とろんとろんな注ぎ心地。めちゃくちゃ香りと余韻が長い。散々飲んで飲むやつじゃないけどそれでも旨いのが真実。森林の香りとカンティヨンの酵母感、あまじょっぱさが食前酒の最高峰的なニュアンス。
