Was told this lambic could only be found in Belgium. Good stuff. Not my style but I’ll bet it’s the best.

Love this classic, classy and perfect lambic. Today, it was more green apple like flavor that comes with gentle tarty touch that goes well perfectly. Perfect beer for the humid and hot Seoul’s summer.

A year in cellar has brought more of a sweet balsamic note, akin to a Flanders oud bruin, in addition to the classic gueuze characteristics

Ne nous laissons pas distraire par le verre, il s’agit bel et bien d’une Cantillon. Fait chaud, fait soif. Sublime. Étanche soif par excellence.

By power of deduction, it appears we drank this without knowing but it was so good. Amazing balance

Grape aroma, slight acidity. Clear amber body well carbonated. Buttery, creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of grape and wheat. Aged well, has a little bite. Dry, tart, finish.

2020 bottle. Acid grape aromas. Pours crystal clear amber. Initial fizz then settled down. Almost buttery mouthfeel. Flavours of wheat stone fruits white grape. Nice bite from age. Tart rather than sour. Lovely light / shade example of gueuze lambic

Usually can't go wrong with a nice aged lambic. This doesn't disappoint. Right amount of sour/tart, white wine-esque notes. Just a great beer.

This tastes nice and tart without being insanely vinegary
